Do Diets Works?
I have been asked do diets work? In my opinion diets do not work. It is very hard to stay on a diet the rest of your life. If you need to lose weight and you have a hard time with portion control, I do recommend Weight Watchers. I have had clients who were on the Atkins diet. The problem was they lost the weight, but as soon as they went off the diet they gained their weight back. The key to losing weight and keeping it off is changing the way you eat and making it a life decision. This means watching your portions and eat healthy protein and carbohydrates.
